It can be used as an excellent snack or even as a tiffin treat!BAKED METHI BITESIngredients 1 cup chopped fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) 1 cup semolina (rawa)¾ cup gram flour (besan)1 teaspoon baking soda Sal to taste ¾ teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 green chillies, finely chopped1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 1 small onion, finely chopped2 tablespoons oil + for greasingMilk as required Method 1. Preheat oven to 180˚C.2. Sieve semolina in a bowl. Add gram flour, baking soda, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, garlic, onion, fenugreek leaves and oil and mix well. Add milk and mix into a thick mixture. 3. Grease a barfi tray with some oil and spread the mixture evenly in it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and demould. 4. Cut in squares and serve.
