Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Trim the edges and peel raw bananas. 3. Take salt and turmeric powder in a large bowl. Add ½ cup water and mix. 4. Use a mandolin slicer to slice bananas into thin chips and drop them into the kadai.5. Add a spoonful of the salted turmeric water into the kadai. Fry the chips for 2 -3 minutes or till they are crisp.6. Drain on absorbent paper and allow to cool.7. Serve.
