Dates give a natural sweetness to this thick and rich Banana Date Smoothie Recipe.

Ingredients:
½ cup (125 mL) hemp milk
½ cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
¼ tsp (1 mL) cinnamon
1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
1 or 2 dates, pitted
2 ice cubes
1 banana, peeled of course

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend.
Enjoy.

Yield: 1½ cups (350 mL)

Serves: 2
