This video illustrates how to make tasty banana stem soup. One of the main benefits of banana stem is it helps in kidney disorders especially kidney stone. It not only cures stones in kidney it is also a great medicine to reduce blood pressure and cholesterol and also fights against

constipation due to its rich fibre content.

Following are the ingredients to make tasty banana soup:
1 small size banana stem
little utter
10 garlic cloves smashed well
1 no tomato finely chopped
1 no big onion finely chopped
1 1/2 tbl spoon pepper powder
1/2 tbl spoon cumin powder
1/2 tbl spoon fennel powder
1/4 tbl spoon turmeric powder
few coriander leaves
salt as needed
few curry leaves

Lets see how to prepare this healthy soup:

Step 1: Take a pan or pressure cooker. Heat it. Add butter and let it melt.

Step 2: Add smashed garlic cloves along with onions. Saute well.

Step 3: Add tomatoes and saute well until raw smell goes off.

Step 4: Add banana stem to it. Add curry and coriander leaves along with pepper powder, fennel powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder

Step 5: Now add water as required and close the lid

Step 6: Let the cooker stay in for minutes after first whistle in stove. Then the healthy and
tasty banana soup is ready to be served.
