Also, kebab lovers would agree with this fact, often one serving is not enough, you would want to eat many servings of it to be truly satiated.#chickenrecipe #kabab #easyrecipe #youtube #chefharpalsingh Ingredients QuantityOil 2tbspCarom seeds 1/4tspGram Flour 2tspTurmeric powder tspGreen chilies 4noMint leaves cupCoriander 1cupCurd 2tbsp +1tbspChicken breast 2no'sLemon 1 no Ginger garlic paste 1tbspBlack pepper tsp + tspSalt to taste + salt to taste Kasuri methi 1tsp Black salt tspGaram masala 1tspCardamom powder tspFresh cream 2 tbspMustard oil 2 tbspSalt as requiredOil for drizzling+for drizzling+for drizzling Garnish (onions ring, green chilies and lemon ) Method In a pan add oil, carom seeds , besan and mix it well for 2minAdd turmeric powder and mix it well Remove it in a bowl In a same pan add sliced green chilies and mix it well Now add mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix it well Remove it in a mixer grinder add curd and grind it well Cut the breast chicken in to pieces add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt to taste and massage the chicken well In the besan mixture add kasuri methi, black salt, garam masala, cardamom powder, Black pepper powder, curd, prepared green chutney, fresh cream mix it well Now add mustard oil , salt to taste and mix it well Now add the marinated chicken in the prepared mixture and rest it for 20 to 25 mins Preheat the oven at 220c In the skewer add onion, tomato, capsicum and chicken repeat the process In a baking tray add oil and brush it well.
