This Cheesecake is the perfect end to a lovely dinner or lunch.BANOFFEE CHEESE CAKEIngredients2 bananas1 cup cream cheese14-16 oats biscuits½ cup melted dark chocolate2-3 melted butter ½ cup dulce de lecheGelatine soaked Salt to tasteDark chocolate block as requiredMethod1. In a food processor, add oats biscuits, process it to a coarse powder. Add melted chocolate and process it again. Add melted butter and process till well combined.2. Spread the biscuit mixture onto the bottom of a cake mould, press it evenly and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.3. In a food processor, add banana, cream cheese, and dulce de leche. Melt the gelatine and add it to the mixture, add salt and process to smooth paste.4. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuit base and spread evenly. Refrigerate till set.5. Shave chocolate for garnishing and set aside. De-mould the cheesecake, garnish with chocolate shavings.
