Mix together chicken strips, pineapple, salt, barbecue sauce and soy sauce and mix. Add crushed pepper and mix well. 2. Insert the marinated chicken strips and pineapple pieces alternatively onto individual skewers.3. Heat oil in a grill pan. Place the skewers and grill from all sides till golden brown and chicken is fully done. 4. Apply some mayonnaise inside the taco shells. Put some torn iceberg lettuce leaves, torn lollo rosso lettuce leaves, purple cabbage and carrot strips.5. Remove grilled barbecue chicken pieces from skewers and put on top of carrot strips. 6.
