Put chicken wings in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, refined flour and cornflour, mix well and set aside to marinate. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken wings till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well. 4. Add barbeque sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar and crushed peppercorns, mix well and simmer for a minute. 5. Add chilli flakes and mix. Add fried chicken wings and toss to mix. 6.
