材料 Ingredients
豬肉碎250克 250g Minced pork
蓮藕60克 60g Lotus root
乾香菇15克 15g Dried shiitake mushrooms
急凍蝦肉60克 60g Shrimps
乾蔥頭30克 30g Shallots
薑片10克 10g Ginger
八角一粒 1 Star anise
一張腐皮 1 Bean curd sheet

調味料 Condiments:
蠔油兩湯匙 2tbsp Oyster sauce
五香粉¼茶匙 1/4 tsp Five spice powder
胡椒粉半茶匙 1/2tsp Ground pepper
鹽¼茶匙 1/4 tsp Salt
埋獻生粉水(兩茶匙生粉加一湯匙水) 2tbsp Potato starch in 1tbsp water to make the sauce
麵糊(一茶匙麵粉加兩茶匙暖水) 1tsp Plain flour in 2tsp warm water
老抽兩茶匙 2tsp Dark soy sauce
生抽兩茶匙 2tsp Soy sauce
糖兩茶匙 2 tsp Sugar
蔴油兩茶匙 2tsp Sesame oil
紹興酒兩茶匙 2tsp Shaoxing wine
水兩杯(452毫升) 2 cups of water (452ml)
餡料內的生粉水(一茶匙生粉加一茶匙水) 1tsp potato starch in 1tsp water for the filling
