Eating raw broccoli and other raw vegetables is a simple way to boost nutrition and improve digestion. The health benefits of a raw broccoli salad recipe are considerable, from added nutrition to protecting against disease and chronic illness, but raw broccoli can be kinda hard to enjoy. A variety of veggies is a good idea for improved health, so including raw broccoli is a no-brainer. Cooked broccoli is extremely beneficial as well, as long as it's not overcooked, particularly boiled; in fact, the nutrients in cooked broccoli are actually absorbed more readily by the body, especially lightly steamed broccoli. A Waldorf Salad tastes great. Waldorf salad is sweet and healthy and super simple to make, and adding raw broccoli into the mix doesn't ruin the Waldorf salad at all, just turns it into a super salad. Apples and broccoli? What a vitamin power punch!
