BEETROOT CHIPS

Ingredients

2 medium beetroots
Oil for deep-frying
Tomato ketchup for serving

Method

1. Peel and slice the beetroot.
2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai to deep-fry.
3. Deep-fry the sliced beetroots till golden and crisp.
4. Drain on absorbent paper.
5. Serve warm with tomato ketchup.
