Must watch !BEETROOT TIKKIIngredients4 medium beetroot, boiled, peeled and grated2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated1 medium onion, finely choppedSalt to taste½ teaspoon ginger-green chilli pasteA pinch chaat masala 1 tablespoon rice flour Oil for drizzling Method1. Mix together beetroot and potatoes in a bowl. 2. Heat a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent. 3. Add salt, ginger-green chilli paste and chaat masala to the bowl. 4. Add the sautéed onion to the bowl and mix well. Add rice flour and mix well.5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis. 6. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the tikkis on it, drizzle some oil on top and fry till evenly done from both the sides. 7.
