So let's make Beetroot Vadai which can be offered as Prasad too.#SujanFunKitchen is here again with another #EasyAndHealthy recipe of Beetroot VadaIngredients:Bengal Gram Dal - 1 cupBesan/Chickpea flour - for binding as reqdCumin seeds - 1 tsp Aniseeds - 1tspChopped ginger to tasteFinely chopped beetroot - 1/4 cup, Sambar powder - 1 tspSalt to taste Oil for fryingMethod:Soak Bengal Gram Dal for 3 hoursDrain of water and grind to a coarse paste, adding cumin seeds, AniseedsTransfer to a bowl and add the finely chopped beetroot, ginger and curry leaves.Mix well adding salt and add few tbsps of Besan/gram flour to get bindingHeat oil for deep fryingTake some Vada mixture and pat it to a Vada.Do the same the entire batch of Vada mixDeep fry the Beetroot Vadas to a golden colour on both sides
