BEL KA SHARBAT Ingredients QuantityBel/ Stone Apple/ Wood Apple 2 no’s Water 1 ltrSugar 1 tbspBlack salt 1 tspRose water ½ tspIce cube as requiredLemon slice for garnishMint leaves for garnish Method:- 1. Crack the stone apple with roller and remove the pulp from inside and place it on mixing bowl. 2. Mash the pulp with your hand do not mash the seed’s and add water mix it properly do not blend it over it and keep aside for a while.3. Take a blender jar, add sugar and blend well to make a powder.4. Take another bowl, on top keep the muslin cloth and pour the mixer of stone apple and water squeeze out the liquid properly.5. Then add sugar, black salt, rose water and ice cubes and mix it properly.6.
