Bell Pepper Jam | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

An interesting jam recipe made using red bell peppers. A must try !

BELL PEPPER JAM

Ingredients

4 medium red capsicums, deseeded and finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup castor sugar

Method

1. Put red capsicums in a bowl. Add salt, mix and set aside for 10-15 minutes or till it leaves water. Drain out excess water from the capsicum.
2. Heat a non-stick pan. Add capsicum, apple cider vinegar and castor sugar, mix and cook till sugar melts and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Use as required.
