A very Indian snack rolled up into a Mexican favorite! It has all the elements of a burrito and the traditional tortilla is replaced with a soft besan cheela that compliments this dish in a very delicious way.BESAN CHEELA BURRITOIngredients1½ cups Tata Sampann Fine Besan1 cup whole wheat flour (atta) + for dusting½ tsp dried red chilli flakesSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder2 tsps oil + for drizzling1 tsp chopped fresh coriander leavesFresh romaine lettuce leaves as requiredHerbed rice as requiredBaked beans as requiredSalsa for toppingSour cream for drizzlingMethod1. Add Tata Sampann Fine Besan and whole wheat flour in a large bowl. Add dried red chilli flakes, salt, turmeric powder and drizzle 2 tsps oil. Add chopped coriander and ¾ cup water and mix well. Knead to a semi-soft dough. Cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside for 10 minutes.2. Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a ball, slightly flatten it. Dust the work top with whole wheat flour and place the portion of the dough on it and roll into a thin disc. 3. Heat a non-stick tawa, cook the prepared disc for 1-2 minutes on each side. Drizzle a little oil and cook further for 1 minute on both sides. Transfer on a worktop.4. Add a few romaine lettuce leaves, add a portion of the herbed rice and add baked beans on top. Top up with salsa and drizzle sour cream. Fold the sides and roll into a burrito. 5.
