A dish you HAVE to try!BESAN KA HALWA - (Serves - 4)Ingredients ¾ cup gram flour (besan) ½ cup ghee 3 cups milk ¾ cup sugar 2 tablespoons almonds slivers2 tablespoons chopped walnuts 8-10 cashewnuts, halved 1 tablespoon sliced pistachios 2 tablespoons raisinsPistachio powder for sprinkling Method 1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add gram flour and sauté, stirring continuously, till it turns golden brown. 2. Add 1½ cups milk and keep stirring on low heat till lump-free. Add sugar, mix and cook, stirring continuously, for 10 minutes.3. Add remaining milk, almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts, pistachios and raisins, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. 4.
