Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add green cardamom kernels and gram flour and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continously. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool to room temperature. 2. Add cardamom powder, cashew powder, almond powder, sugar to the gram flour mixture and mix gently. 3.
