When you are bored of your regular flat-breads, you can try this masaledaar Besan ki Roti with some yogurt and pickle!BESAN KI MASALA ROTIIngredients½ cup gram flour (besan)1 cup whole wheat flour ½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder1 tbsp coriander powder1 tsp cumin powder½ tsp dried mango powder (amchur)2 green chillies, choppedSalt to taste1 tbsp oilGhee as requiredYogurt to servePickle to serveMethod1. In a parat, add whole wheat flour, besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder, green chillies, salt, and sufficient water. Knead to soft dough and add oil, knead again.2. Cover with a damp muslin cloth, set aside for 10-15 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls, dust a little flour on the worktop and flatten a portion of the ball, roll it into a thin roti.4. Heat a non-stick tawa, place the roti and cook for 2 minutes on both sides and apply ghee on top.5.
