Festivals are absolutely incomplete without laddoos, so here is a simple Besan Laddoo recipe for you!BESAN LADDOOIngredients1 cup ghee4 cups coarse gram flour (jada besan)½ tsp green cardamom powder1¾ cups powdered sugarCashew nut halves for garnishMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick wok, add gram flour and mix well. Roast on medium heat for 30-35 minutes or till fragrant and golden brown. Take the pan off the heat.2. Transfer the mixture into a large steel plate and allow to cool to room temperature.3. Add green cardamom powder and powdered sugar and mix till well combined. 4. For making laddoos, take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Slightly press on top and place a cashew nut half, press gently. 5.
