Besan Laddu - Ladu/Besan ladoo Recipe | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Besan Ladoo with ghee and Nuts
Ingredients
Besan - 1 Cup
Brown Sugar(Any Sugar) - ½ cup
Ghee - ¼ Cup
Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
Saffron - Pinch
Melon Seeds - 1 tsp
Roasted Nuts - 1 tb spn

Directions:
Heat a pan, Add half quantity of ghee
Add 1 cup of Besan & Mix it well
Add Rest of the Ghee
Mix it well & Roast it well on a low heat
Cook it for 10-12 minutes
Once the Ghee Oozes add Nuts
Add Brown Sugar & Switch off the flame
Add Cardamom Powder & Mix it well
While it is warm only form it into Ladoo shapes
Tips
Roast the gram flour on low heat for more time to get nice aroma and will result in flavorful Ladoos
Using a thick non stick pan will give best results without much effort
If you are using non stick pan always use spatula or wooden spoon
Instead of sugar use powdered sugar
10 to 15 min of slow cooking and add chopped nuts and switch off the flame and add powdered sugar or brown sugar
