It is the vanilla, caramel-y cousin to a chocolate brownie, and everyones favorite dessert. __________ CLICK FOR RECIPE ___________PRINTABLE RECIPE: https://thestayathomechef.com/blondies/ Ingredients 10 tablespoons salted butter, melted 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup brown sugar 4 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour cup pecans, optional cup white chocolate chips, optionalInstructions1 In a skillet over medium heat, add butter to the pan. Melt and brown butter for about 3-4 minutes, until it has turned a more golden color and smells nutty. Remove from heat and let cool completely.2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9x13 glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.3 In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to mix together browned, cooled butter and sugar.4 Add in eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.5 Add in salt, baking powder, and flour, and mix until just combined.6 Fold in white chocolate chips and nuts (optional additions).7 Pour blondie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
