Cover and bring the skillet to a bubble, then reduce the heat to a simmer and continue to cook covered for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes, uncover and add in the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, then continue to cook uncovered approximately 15 more minutes, or until the dish cooks off water to your desired consistency.
