BEST Malwani Cuisine || Guru Saawant Malwan Katta - Maharashtra | Chow down my lane

In my endeavour to unravel the hidden gems of India, I am exploring the famous Malwani Cuisine. Mlawani Cuisine is the cuisine of Maharashtra and the Konkan belt. Predominantly comprising of Non Veg Food - Fishes and Sea food, and cooking medium of Coconut oil, and major ingredients of Coconut Milk and Kokam.

We were referred to this awesome Malwani retaurant - Guru Sawant Malwan Katta in Karve Nagar, pune which serves authentic Malwani Food.

We enjoyed the Pomphret, Surmai, Bangda (Maccarel) and Crab ... along with Fish Curry, Sea Shells Curry and Chicken in Malwani style.

it was indeed a wonderful start to our Exploring India journey. I hope you'll enjoy it too.
