Mango Salsa Ingredients:3 ripe mangoes1 red onion1 red bell pepper1 jalapeno1/2 bunch cilantro1 limeSalt and pepperOlive oilSteps:Take 3 ripe mangoes, peel them and dice medium size. Take 1 red onion and dice it medium as well. Get 1 red bell pepper, get rid of the seeds and ribs and dice it medium. All the vegetables place into the bowl. Take 1 jalapeno and dice it small. Leave the seeds and ribs in to get extra kick to your mango salsa. Take 1/2 bunch of cilantro, wash, dry it and chop it fine. Squeeze juice from 1 lime. Season with salt and pepper.Add some olive oil.Mix it and enjoy.Serve your mango salsa with grilled chicken, fish or seafood.
