Chicken and veggies are cooked in the most delicious, savory sauce and served in lettuce cups for an all around crowd pleasing appetizer!__________ CLICK FOR RECIPE ___________PRINTABLE RECIPE: https://thestayathomechef.com/chicken-lettuce-wraps/ Ingredients 2 tablespoons sesame oil 1 pound chicken, small cubes, or ground 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 medium yellow onion, diced 1 8 ounce can water chestnuts, whole, finely chopped 1 cup cabbage, shredded 1 teaspoon ginger, minced 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 head butter lettuce cup green onions, slicedSauce: cup hoisin sauce 1 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegarInstructions1 In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the sesame oil and add in the finely cubed chicken.2 Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook the chicken thoroughly until it is browned. About 6-8 minutes3 Add in the diced onion and let it saut alongside the chicken for about 3-4 minutes.4 Next, add in the water chestnuts, cabbage, garlic and ginger.
