BHAJI BURGERIngredients4 burger buns4 large onions, slicedSalt to taste1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste1 tsp turmeric powder4 tsps red chilli powder1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)½ cup gram flour½ bunch spinach leaves, shreddedOil for shallow fryingMint mayonnaise as requiredRomaine lettuce leaves as requiredTomato slices as requiredPotato sali to serveMethod1. In a bowl, add onions, salt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds, gram flour, and mix well. Add spinach leaves, and mix well. 2. Heat sufficient oil in non-stick pan, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape it into a cutlet and place it in the hot oil.3. Shallow fry till golden and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper. 4. Slit the burger buns in half, apply mint mayonnaise on both the sides, place a few leaves of lettuce on the base of the bun. 5. Place the prepared bhaji, top it up with tomato slices and place the top of the bun to make a burger.6.
