Try this bhindi keema recipe to have with roti and do let us know how it turned out for you.#bhindikeema #keema #bhindi Bhindi Keema Recipe: Ingredients: Okra 1/2 kg Beef mince 1/2 kg Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp Salt to taste Turmeric 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp Green chilies 3-4 Green coriander as required Directions: Wash okra, pat dry it and then cut them into two halves. Heat oil in a pan, add okra, and fry for almost 6 to 8 minutes. Take it off and set aside. In another pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a minute. Then add beef mince and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until it changes it color. Now add salt, turmeric, red chili powder and mix well. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until water dries. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, onion, tomatoes, and cook for almost 5 to 8 minutes until onion and tomatoes are translucent. Now add fried okra and mix it well.
