Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till the seeds chance colour. 2. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add green chillies and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add ladyfingers, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle some water, cover and cook till fully done. 4. Add dried mango powder and coriander leaves and mix well. 5.
