How to make instant dried vermicillies
Ingredients
1.national vermicillies (1packet)
2.ghee(3tbsp)
3.sugar(1/2cup)
4.milk(1/2 litre)
5.almonds(for garnishing)

Method
1.heat ghee in pan.let it melt
2.roast vermicillies on low flame till light golden
3.spread vermicillies in pan..give a layer of sugar.pour milk
4.let it simmer till tender
5.as the milk dries..bhoonify.
6.dish it out.garnish with almonds
