Bhugal Gosht (Bhuna Mutton) || Veena Gidwani || Simply Sindhi | India Food Network

One of the most famous Indian mutton dishes is the Bhuna Mutton. Try out this fantastic recipe by Veena Gidwani and enjoy one of the tastiest mutton dishes right at your home. Enjoy! Let us know how much you loved it.

Ingredients:
4 tbsp Oil
1-2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2-3 green chillies, chopped
2-3 onions, chopped
500 gms Mutton Chops
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp jeera
1 tsp coriander powder
2-3 bay leaves
1-2 sticks of Cinnamon
4-5 cloves
1 tsp Garam Masala
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
Salt to taste
2 cups water. boiled

Method:
Place a pressure cooker on the gas on a medium flame.
Add oil, ginger garlic paste & green chillies in the cooker and mix well.
Add onions and mix well till they become golden brown. Cook it on a slow flame
Once the onions are brown, add the mutton chops and mix it well.
Next add turmeric powder, jeera, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, garam masala and mix till all the ingredients are well combined.
Then add the tomatoes and mix it well
Add salt and mix it well till the tomatoes are completely dissolved and the mutton is cooked well
Add coriander leaves & boiling hot water and mix
Shut the lid of the cooker and cook it for 10 mins after the 1st whistle.
Once the cooker cools, open the lid and serve!
