Let us know how much you loved it.Ingredients:4 tbsp Oil1-2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste2-3 green chillies, chopped2-3 onions, chopped500 gms Mutton Chops1/2 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp jeera1 tsp coriander powder2-3 bay leaves1-2 sticks of Cinnamon4-5 cloves1 tsp Garam Masala2-3 tomatoes, choppedSalt to taste2 cups water. boiledMethod:Place a pressure cooker on the gas on a medium flame.Add oil, ginger garlic paste & green chillies in the cooker and mix well.Add onions and mix well till they become golden brown. Cook it on a slow flameOnce the onions are brown, add the mutton chops and mix it well.Next add turmeric powder, jeera, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, garam masala and mix till all the ingredients are well combined.Then add the tomatoes and mix it wellAdd salt and mix it well till the tomatoes are completely dissolved and the mutton is cooked wellAdd coriander leaves & boiling hot water and mixShut the lid of the cooker and cook it for 10 mins after the 1st whistle.
