A must try !BHUNI MAKAI KA SOUPIngredients2 cups corn kernels (makai)1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon butter4-5 garlic cloves1 large onion, sliced4 cups vegetable stock Salt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Method1. Heat oil and butter in a deep non-stick pan. Add garlic and onions, mix and sauté till onions turn golden brown. 2. Add corn kernels and mix. Add vegetable stock and stir to mix. Add salt and crushed peppercorns, mix, cover and simmer till corn kernels are tender. 3. Blend smoothly, strain into another pan on heat and heat. 4. Add coriander leaves, salt and crushed peppercorns, mix well and simmer for 2 minutes. 5. Sprinkle some crushed peppercorns and serve hot.
