Biscuit Recipe Using Only 3 Ingredients / வெறும் 3 பொருள் போதும் பேக்கரி பிஸ்கட் ரெடி | San Samayal Recipes

Here I m sharing very easy and quick bakery style soft biscuit without baking powder/soda,butter,eggs and even measuring cups..This is just 3 ingredients biscuit recipe..

Ingredients
All purpose flour 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup

Steps:

In a mixing bowl add maida and powdered sugar.
Mix well with a spoon.
Add vanilla extract/cardamom powder and mix well
Now add oil /butter and knead as a dough.
Do not add water
Take a small ball from the dough and make a small shape
Grease a pan/baking tray
Arrange biscuits in the pan/tray
Preheat dosa pan for 5 min in medium flame and bake for 12 to 15 min in medium flame.
Preheat oven @180deg C and then bake for 15 min
Now delicious bakery style biscuits are ready to serve.
