Mix together flour, salt, cayenne, paprika, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper powder in a bowl.2. Whisk together milk, eggs, vinegar, pepper powder and salt in another bowl. 3. Make 8 slits on the onions without cutting through. Separate the layers to create flowers. 4. Dust the onion flowers with the flour mixture and dip in the milk mixture. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. 5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the onions till golden brown and crisp.
