Blue Cheese Salad Dressing Recipe - LeGourmetTV | Glen And Friends Cooking

LeGourmetTV Is Now Glen & Friends Cooking!
Not your typical blue cheese salad dressing, this is one that goes great on a crisp cabbage salad.

Ingredients:
3 ounces of blue cheese
1/4 cup whipping cream (35% butterfat)
1/2 cup plain yoghourt
3 tblsp cider vinegar
3 tblsp canola oil (veg oil is fine, olive is too strong)
2 tblsp sour cream
1 tsp sugar

Method:
• Pulse blue cheese in you food processor just until broken up and creamy.
• Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor and pulse just until everything has come
together.
