I love adding living unpasteurized tempeh, cashew cream cheeses and as many veggie varieties we have on hand into our wraps! It also doesnt need to be all raw if thats not your vibe, I know some people add cooked plant foods to their wraps as well like tofu, beans, veggie mash, etc. it can be whatever you want it to be!In the wrap book I do have matching recipes and options for fillings, sauces and spreads for each flavored wrap but you can mix and match too, or get creative with what you have available.
