Cute looking heart shaped pies stuffed with blueberry jam.BLUEBERRY HEARTY PIESIngredients 250 grams refined flour 100 grams butter20 millilitre milkPinch of cardamom powder50 grams of castor sugar4 tablespoons blueberry jamFresh blueberries, for garnish 1 eggMethod1. In a bowl add refined flour, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well together. 2. Add butter and mix using finger tips forming a crumb. 3. Add milk and mix with finger tips forming a dough. 4. Dust flour on worktop; transfer the ready dough to it. Flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin. 5. Cut out equal portions of small pie pops from the dough using a cookie cutter. 6. Apply blueberry jam on half of the pie pops and use the rest of the cut outs to cover the jam and make it look like a sandwich. 7. Pinch the edges of the pie with a fork to seal them. 8. Break an egg in a small bowl.9.
