Refreshing chilled smoothie with the combination of fresh blueberries and yogurt.

BLUEBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

For one portion
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup thick yogurt
1½ tablespoons honey
1 cup milk
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped mixed nuts (pistachios and almonds)
1 teaspoon basil seeds (sabza), soaked

Method

1. Blend together yogurt, blueberries, honey, milk and mixed nuts into a smooth mixture.
2. Put basil seeds in a tall serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve.
