Cut the beef in big cubes, pat the beef dry with a paper towel and add salt&pepper to taste.2. , .2. Fry the chopped bacon until crispy and drain the oil on paper towel.3. .3. In the same pan, add beef and sear on both sides until golden brown.4. 1, , , .4. Cut the onion, carrot and celery. And then, stir-fry with oil in the dutch oven.5. , , , , , .5.
