Todays dish is boeuf bourguignon from the movie Julie & Julia
I wanted to make this dish when I watched the movie. Finally I made it!
The Boeuf bourguignon needs a long time to cook. But its simple to make.
It looks similar to Korean galbi-jjim(Korean style braised short ribs).
It tastes like I put wine instead of soy sauce.
I recommend this menu for an important dinner.
