A popular street food in Mumbai.BOMBAY MASALA PAVIngredients 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed2 medium onions, finely chopped2 large tomatoes, finely chopped2 tablespoons finely chopped green capsicum4 pavs2 tablespoons pav bhaji masala 2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste 1 tablespoon red chilli paste1 teaspoon red chilli powder½ tablespoon lemon juice 1½ tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves Method1. Cut pav into small pieces. 2. Heat butter in anon-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. Add onions, mix well and sauté till browned. 3. Add tomatoes and mix. Add salt, mix well and cook till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. 4. Add chilli paste and chilli powder and mix. Add potato and mix. Add pav bhaji masala, capsicum and some water, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add pav pieces and mix. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for a minute. 6.
