Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoetida, salt and spring onion bulbs, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes.2. Add spring onion greens, boondi and little water, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well. 3. Garnish with coriander sprigs and serve hot.
