Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent. 2. Add garlic and mix. Add mutton pieces and mix. Add tomato puree, stir to mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add sufficient water, mix and bring to a boil. 4. Add potato, carrot, beetroot, cabbage and lemon juice, mix well, cover and cook till mutton and vegetables are fully done. 5. Garnish with parsley sprig and serve hot.
