Bottle Gourd Flat Bread - Lauki ki Roti is brilliant Indian flat bread made with grated Lauki/ Kaddu/ bottle gourd flavored with Ajwain (carom seeds) mixed to whole wheat flour, chickpea flour combined together to form a soft dough; prepared as nice rotis and tawa fried. Serve with Korma or Salan or pickle.

Ingredients:
Chickpea flour 1 tb
Yogurt 1 tb
Wheat flour 1 cup
Ajwain ½ ts
Salt
Green chilly 2 n
Coriander chopped ½ b
Lauki (Bottlegourd) 100 g
Oil for require

Directions:
Take a bowl add grated lauki in this add ajwain seeds, salt, chopped green chilly, yogurt, chopped coriander, chickpea flour, wheat flour, mix it like a soft dough, divide the dough in to equal portions and using rolling pin with the help of dry flour roll them like a chapathi.
Place the chapathi on the hot griddle and cook this with oil on both sides.

Serve this Roti with salans, or kurmas.
