Ingredients:
Bread slice - 8-10 nos
Curd - 2 cups
Assorted nuts - 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Rose water - 1tsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Date and tamarind chutney - 1 tbsp
Coriander chutney - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Red chilli powder to sprinkle
Chaat masala to sprinkle

Method:
1) Cut the sides of the bread and keep aside, for stuffing take assorted nuts in a bowl,chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, chaat masala, red chilli powder salt and mix well
2) Take water in a bowl, dip the bread slices in water and now squeeze in your palms to take off the extra water
3) Now stuff the bread slices with the mixture and shape it like a gujiya
4) Now slowly slide the gujiyas one by one into the hot oil and fry till golden brown
5) Now in a big bowl add curd, rose water, sugar and whisk it, now after frying the gujiyas dip them in water to make it soft for few seconds.
6) Now take out from the water squeeze very lightly and put them in whisked curd
7) Now before serving, remove on a serving plate, put the whisked curd, date and tamarind chutney coriander chutney sprinkle some red chilli powder and chaat masala and top it with pomegranate seeds and serve.
