Bread Lasagna easy and healthy

Ingredients for the Vegetables Layer:

Olive oil/refined oil/butter - 3 to 4 tsps

Chopped Garlic - as required

Chopped onions - 1 cup

Chopped red capsicum - 1 cup

Chopped green capsiscum - 1 cup

Chopped yellow capsicum - 1 cup

Boiled corn - 1 cup

Chopped coriander leaves - as required

Maggie Masala - 1 tbsp

Crushed kasoori methi -  tsp

Salt as required

Method:

Heat oil and start stir-frying the vegetables one by one

Add the maggie masala, crushed kasoori methi and salt and mix together

Add coriander leaves and keep the done vegetables layer aside

Ingredients for the white sauce:

Maida - ¼ cup

Butter - 50 gms

Milk - as required to make the sauce

Crushed black pepper - as required

Chilli flakes - qw required

Salt to taste

Method to make the white sauce:

In a pan, melt the butter and quickly add the maida

Fry till both are blended together

Add milk to make a sauce - cook and break all lumps created

Add crushed black pepper and chiili flakes

Add salt to taste

Now, add half of the roasted vegetables to the white sauce and mix together and keep aside

Ingredients to make the tomato sauce:

Refined oil/olive oil - 2 tsp

Tomatoes - 6

Tomato ketchup - ½ cup

Kashmiri red chilli powder - ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Method to make the tomato sauce :

Grind the tomatoes in a blender to make a puree

Heat oil in a pan and add the puree

Cook the puree and then add the ketchup

Let everything blend well

Now season with kashmiri chilli powder and salt and keep aside

Ingredients for the Lasagna:

Brown bread/white bread - 8 slices

Cheese slice - 8 or 10

Butter - as required

Method for the assembling the Sinful Slice of Lasagna

Preheat an oven to 180C

Meanwhile grease the glass dish

Then, lightly toast the bread slices so that they can hold the different layers

Place few slices on the greased dish

Then, add the tomato sauce, then the white sauce with the vegetables, then add the roasted vegetables, then place the cheese slices

Repeat the process till the top

Finally top with more cheese slices and splash tomato sauce and bake for 15 minutes

Serve in style with garlic bread
