Bread Malai Roll

Ingredients for Rabri Milk:
NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 2 liters
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Saffron milk 1/2 cup
Almonds (chopped) 1 tbsp
Pistachio (chopped) 1 tbsp
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Filling:
Khoya 300 g
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Malai Mixture:
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup
Cashew nuts (chopped) 1 tbsp
Almonds (chopped) 1 tbsp
Pistachios (chopped) 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Bread Slices 8-10
Pistachios (chopped) for garnishing
Almonds (chopped) for garnishing
Red cherries as required
Rabri Milk as required
Prepared Filling (as required)
Malai Mixture (as required)


Directions for Rabri Milk Preparation:

1. In a pan heat milk and bring it to a boil, add sugar cardamom powder, saffron milk, almonds, and pistachios and cook for 10-15 mins or until slightly thickens.
2. Add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream and mix continuously and cook until it is reduced to half in the original quantity. Set aside.

Directions for Filling Preparation:
3. In another pan add khoya, NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream, cardamom powder, sugar and mix until desired consistency has reached. It must be thick in texture.
4. Turn off flame and let it cool at room temperature.

Directions for Malai Mixture Preparation:
5. Now in a small bowl add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream, cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios. Mix it well, your malai mixture is ready. Now keep it aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. Take a slice of fresh bread and cut off the sides. Flatten it into a thin sheet with a rolling pin.
7. Then cut this thin bread sheet into half from the center.
8. Now spread the prepared Malai Mixture evenly on one side of the bread.
9. Take the filling mixture and form it into a round cylinder shape.
10. Now put it on one end of the slice and roll it in a roll.
11. Lastly place them in a tray and pour rabri milk and garnish with pistachios, almonds and cherries.
12. Your Bread Malai Roll is ready.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
