Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Amchoor Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch chopped
Green Chilli - 1 chopped
Peas - 2 tbsp
Aloo - 4 medium, boiled peeled & mashed

Besan - 2 cups
Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt - to season
Water - to make batter
Oil - 1 tbsp

Bread - 10 Slices
Green Chutney - thickly made for chaats
Red Sweet & Sour Chutney - made with chasni
Oil - to deep fry
Chat Masala - to sprinkle
