For Tamarind Chutney:Tamarind 1 cupWater 1½ cupRed chilli powder 1 TspCumin powder ½ TspAmchur powder ½ TspSalt to tasteOnion chopped 1 no.Coriander chopped 2-3 TbspFor Bread Pakoda:Gram flour 2 CupCarom seeds 1 TspTurmeric powder ½ TspAsafoetida PinchRed chilli powder ½ TspSalt to tasteWater as required Bread Slice 4 No.Oil for fryingFor Serving:Radish grated ½ No.Onion slice 1 No.Ginger julienne 1 inchBoondi ¼ CupChaat masala for sprinkleRed chilli powder for sprinkleCumin powder for sprinkleMethod:For Stuffing:1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped ginger and green chilies, mix well and sauté for 1 min.2. Add potatoes, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and amchur powder, mix well and sauté for 2 min.3. Remove in bowl and keep it aside to cool down.For Kadhi:1. Take mixing bowl, add gram flour, yogurt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, black pepper crushed, ginger garlic paste and water, and mix well.2. Take sauce pan, add oil, carom seeds, cloves and black pepper corn whole, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.3. Add Yogurt mixture and 1 cup of water, mix well and cook for 10-12 min. stir in between.4. Meanwhile take mixing jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, chopped ginger and water and grind to a smooth puree.5. Remove in bowl, add littler water in jar, mix well and pour into a bowl and mix well. 6. Add chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well.7. Remove the kadhi in casserole and keep it aside.For Tamarind Chutney:1. Take sauce pan, add tamarind, water, red chilli powder, cumin powder, amchur powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 min.2. Add lemon juice in green chutney, mix well and keep it aside.3. Strain the sweet chutney in a bowl and keep it aside to cool down.For Bread Pakoda:1. Take gram flour in bowl, add carom seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chilli powder, salt and water, Wisk well and make a thick batter. Keep it aside for 15 min.2. Take one bread slice and spread stuffing mixture evenly over it3. Cover it with another bread slice and gently press it. Place it on Plate.4. Heat oil in kadai, Dip the stuff bread in batter, coat well and fry till half done.5. Once its half done remove from the oil and reheat the oil.6. When oil is hot fry again the bread pakoda till crisp.7. Remove in absorbent paper and keep this aside.8. Take Tamarind chutney, add chopped onion, coriander and mix well.9. Take tamarind, green chutney, radish grated, onion slice and ginger julienne in serving bowl. Keep it aside.10. Cut it Bread pakoda in 1by 4 pieces and place it on serving bowl.11. Pour prepared kadhi, Tamarind chutney, green chutney, sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder on top.12.
