Bread pizza recipe in Hindi without oven on tawa. It's a very quick breakfast recipe and you can make it very quickly in morning for your kid's lunch box and Tiffin. Since it looks like pizza so kids are going to like this. Full recipe: http://bit.ly/29QKamgIngredients:4 Slices of white breadFinely chopped capsicum1 small finely chopped tomato1 medium size finely chopped onion½ cup boiled sweet corn kernels¼ tsp black pepper or as requiredSalt to taste½ tsp Red chilly flakes or as required1 tsp Oregano or as required for sprinklingPizza pasta sauceButter1 tsp Olive oilMozzarella cheese as required1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté all the vegetables for few minutes on medium flame. Do not overcook the vegetables let it be crunchy. You can also use the vegetable fresh but for extra flavour sauté the vegetables.2. Heat non- stick pan on medium heat and grease the pan with butter.3. Once the pan gets little hot place the bread slices on tawa and roast the bread from one side.4. When the bread gets roasted from downwards take out the bread from the pan.5. Apply pizza pasta sauce over the roasted side of bread 6. Arrange the toppings- spread sauté vegetable mixture over the pizza sauce, black pepper, salt, grated mozzarella cheese, oregano or you can use italian seasoning also and lastly sprinkle some chilly flakes to make it spicy.7. Repeat the same process for other bread slices.8. Take a non- stick pan and slightly grease the pan with butter and put the bread pizza on tawa.9. Cover with the lid and cook on medium low flame till the cheese melts and bread become crisp. It takes around 2-3 minutes to get roasted.10. Uncovered the lid and take out the bread Pizza in a serving plate.11. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
