Rasmalai is basically a creamy and milky syrup that consist of Chenna (cottage cheese) balls. The syrup is purely made from milk, sugar, cream and saffron mixture. The super soft cottage cheese in the recipe is the essence of the recipe and makes it a great dessert for special occasion and is always served chilled. Cardamom powder 1tsp + 1tspSaffron 1tsp + 1tsp
Method:-1. In pan add milk and sugar for rabdi and let it boil properly.2. Now cut the edges of the bread and break the bread slices and add milk in it and make dough out of it.3. Once dough is ready keep aside.4. Now in plate take khoya and mash it properly, add nuts, cardamom powder and saffron and mix it properly.5. Now make the small balls of saffron and khoya.6. Now take the bread dough and stuff the khoya saffron balls in it and give a proper shape.7. Now add saffron, cardamom powder and mix properly.8. Once it is done keep aside and let the rabdi cool down completely.
9. Our rasmalai is ready to serve.10. In plate add the rabdi then add khoya stuffed bread and then again add the rabdi, garnish it with some mix nuts and serve.11.
